The Student Incubation Series is a three-part webinar series designed to equip undergraduates and recent graduates from Adult Education and other education-related disciplines across African universities with the knowledge and tools to transition into the corporate Learning & Development (L&D) sector.

Despite possessing skills in curriculum development, instructional design, and adult learning theories, many graduates remain unaware of how these competencies can be leveraged in corporate training, talent development, instructional design, and organizational learning. This series aims to bridge that gap by providing insights, career guidance, and networking opportunities with industry experts who have successfully made this transition.

Each webinar is a standalone session that offers targeted insights into different aspects of the corporate learning industry. Participants can register for individual sessions based on their interests and career aspirations.
